Biography

On January 14th 2011, at the worldwide theatrical premiere in L.A and New York of the American movie “Every Day” – starring Helen Hunt – Anne Marie’s new single “Feel U” was featured in the scores.

Anne Marie Bush was born in Silkeborg, Denmark, where she graduated from The Danish Academy of Music after 4 years of study. Anne Marie then moved to Copenhagen, working professionally in the music industry for several years before moving to Los Angeles.

During her seven years in the US, Anne Marie attracted a lot of attention from international top producers, songwriters, record labels and other industry professionals, while collaborating with talents such as Narada Michael Walden, Bill Champlin, Tamara Champlin, Greg Phillinganes, Michael Caruso, Bruce Gaitsch and Robert Palmer, just to mention a few.

Breaking through

In 2005 Anne Marie released her single and video “SupaSexual” on her own label AMB Records — climbing the radio and dance charts in Denmark. The single was in heavy rotation at major radio stations for more than one year and still spins. Successfully breaking into the Danish Top 10 with this ear and eye catching single & music video, Anne Marie performed on nationwide TV & radio shows, including her own 30-minute TV-documentary describing her singer-songwriter career and artist related activities in Los Angeles.

The international career

Anne Marie expanded her activities with extensive travels all over the world, enlisting herself as a frequent songwriter and vocal producer for signed recording projects both in Europe and in the US. Projects include working as backing vocalists for major artists – like Britney Spears on the track “I Love Rock´n Roll” on the album “Britney Spears” and writing songs for feature films. Three of her songs are featured in the American movie “Living Life”, which aired on HBO in seven European countries.

The exciting future – new releases

Next up is Anne Marie’s new album: “UnZipped”. Written & co-produced by Anne Marie. It is a hot, edgy mix of club, pop, dance and RnB performed with her soulful divalicious voice. “UnZipped” is targeted to be released internationally during summer 2011. The single and music video release of “Feel U”, featured in the American movie “Every Day” will be available on iTunes and YouTube. Release date: February 15, 2011
